Check out my first post icon_smile.gif LOL. So, I'm a labor and delivery nurse who dabbles in caking. I've done a couple cakes for parties that we've done, and in a month or so one of our favorite OB/GYNs is moving and we're throwing a going away party for which I've been asked to do a cake. This OB/GYN has a great sense of humor, and I'm trying to figure out how to do a funny and appropriate cake for her. My husband suggested a cake with legs in stirrups, which I think would be hilarious, but I don't really know how I would do that, and I would need to make it more PG as I don't do naughty cakes (makes me too embarassed icon_smile.gif ). Anyway, any ideas, either about the stirrups or another concept? TIA icon_biggrin.gif

I am attaching a couple pics of cake I saved to my inspiration cake folders, I saved these pics from member on flickr, I think, not sure who the great cake decorator is. I remember reading the legs were made out of rice krispie treats. You may get some ideas from this cake, maybe put a blanket over the top part of legs in stirrups with message that reads, "Sure going to miss you!" lol. I am sure whatever cake you make she will love icon_biggrin.gif
