If I leave RI in an airtight container on my counter, it is only good for a few weeks? But if I pipe out some RI flowers and let them dry, they are good indefinitely? Please advise. TIA!

Hey there
Once the flowers dry out, there is no moisture left in them, its just basically sugar left over. No where for bacteria to grow I guess.
Just my thoughts.
