JGMB, I'm glad to hear your daughter is fine.
I hope you get things caught up in time to make some for June's.
Thanks, she's fine now. It was a long week, though!!! There was a happy ending when she totally recovered, then I got to have John Goodman as my seatmate on the flight home! What a nice, nice gentleman. He kept calling me "ma'am".
Spicybubbles - those are great1 I love the shading you did on the sunglasses!
All4cake - thank you!
JGBM - glad to hear your daughter's OK!
I love him! He reminds me of my little brother (who ain't so little)...they have the same gentle look to their face.
I was so happy the theme this month is nautical/beach since these are about my most favorite cookie to make and happened to be working on them.
Have made them many times and also entered them in the
Central Florida Fair. NFSC with MMF/MFF combo. The shells are made from fondant with a First Impression mold.
Hope you like them.
Have you given any thought to the June theme? I think it's yours to choose.
OK, OK, think picnics and lazy.
Bears!?
Jellystone?
Is it okay to guess?
oh you guys.... just be patient -it's almost the first...
Besides, if you get too much of a hint, it's not really a fair "race" to be the first to post, now is it?
we got a heads up for last months' theme ahead of time, didn't we? or was I just slow to see it?
Linedancer, Your Cookies are so Pretty, can I ask when do You put the Sticks in to the Cookies before, or after baking? Thank You in Advance.
Wow, I haven't seen the monthly cookie club posts before, but I'll be right here on June 1 to see what the theme is. And I'm not even a cookie maker. But this month's cookies have been inspiring, and I think I might just try some for June. Kudos to all the May posters - truly a wonderful selection of cookies!
Thanks, heidemarie. Normally, I do not put the stick in the cookie, I use Shiney's method of hot gluing and taping it to the bag. Thanks, Shiney

The fall cookie bouquet was for a fair entry, so I had to put the sticks in the cookies. I used Yane's method and it worked very well. Thanks, Yane. I will use it again, if the need arises.

Thank You for the Quick Reply. I see You are on the West coast of Florida. I am near Ocala.
My oldest granddaughter was born in Ocala. And you are quite lucky to be fairly close to a Hobby Lobby, the only one in Fl. It is about 2 1/2 hrs away from me
good one luv2bake6! when lazy was mentioned, I thought hammock and couldn't get off it!
I'm wondering if I'll be the last one to post for this month's theme... I can't say I was too happy with how they turned out. Next time, I'll make them a bit larger. The design looked simple enough, until I started icing everything! I made them for a pot luck dinner tonight at the lake, where my sons are participating in a sailing regatta.
Those are gorgeous, Gemini, and the colors are just perfect!!!!
Thank you! I used sanding sugar for the beach, which my sons thought was awesome. The cookies are flavored with key lime, as is the icing, so it smelled divine while I was working on them.
Oh, my, GeminiRJ!! Those cookies are gorgeous!!! They must have taken forever. How can you be anything other than ecstatic about them (and exhausted!)?
GeminiRJ, those are awesome! I had something similar in mind (I had to hunt me a coloring page...)....I do plan on posting before midnight (est) tonight...lol.
I sure hope the theme for June will be posted AT 12...12:01a.m.! LOL...I'm finding this unusually thrilling.
