it as rained/drizzled all day so far, and i was going to try to make fondant at home for the first time ever. will the humidity (temp is in the upper 50s) affect the stickyness of it or should i not even attempt this right now? kinda in a rush with this...any help will be appreciated. icon_eek.gif

I make mine sometimes when it's in the 90's and lots of humidity...it's not as easy, but you should be okay.

I make sure the windows are closed & usually turn on the A/C if I'm in a hurry.
