How do I create the colors for Barney and Friends for FCBT use?

Wilton Rose and Royal Blue icing colors to match to the colors of Barney! To each cup of white Buttercream icing, add ¾ teaspoon of Rose icing color, use a toothpick to add 6 dots of Royal Blue icing color.
