They are so yummy! I bought the Wilton cupcake decorating set (about $8 at Walmart) and it has the long tip (I think it's also called a bismark tip) in it. You bake the cupcakes as usual, poke the tip down in it and sqeeze your filling in. There are also recipes for oreos you bake in the bottom and bakeable fillings, but I have yet to try them.
