GL79 I haven't read it but stuff like that really happens any native New Mexican will tell ya it's the truth.
i'm from new mexico and i went to visit with some of my husbands family when i was pregnant. His aunt asked me if i was going to cross the border to have my baby....and i thought to myself why would i go to mexico to have my baby. Then my fil chimed in and said new mexico is part of the usa!
Smashme, that's funny.
I've never had that happened to me. Usually when people ask me where I'm from I always repond El Paso, TX. I live in a small town in NM a minute away from TX that people don't know of so that's why I say El Paso.
