i will be making a chocolate ruby slipper with the large shoe mold and I am looking for a chocolate bow mold (as I have yet to work with fondant and gumpaste). i havent had much luck with searching, just a straight across bow tie shape will do. can anyone point me in the right direction to find one, I am also unsure of size because I dont have the shoe mold yet, i would say at least a 2 inch bow. i might just make my own onto wax paper because I plan to put some edible jewels on there just like the 'authentic ruby slippers' had.

also, what method is best for 'coating' the slippers to look like dorothys. i love the diso dust but need it to be edible. should i use a course sanding sugar or an edible glitter? and should i use corn starch or water to apply. my problem is i do too much reading on here and then i dont know where to begin or what method to use! icon_rolleyes.gif lol. thanks!
