I am meeting with my first, "non-friend", bride on Friday.
I need to know what all I should take with me.
Are there certain forms?
I've made only 2 wedding-style cakes but I've done many stacked tiered cakes.
Should I find some cake pics, that fall into my capability, to show her as examples of what I could do?

So sorry for all the questions. I'm completely lost. Thanks in advance! You ladies are great!

Well, first you should take pictures of cakes you have done. Whether they're party cakes or wedding cakes, stacked cakes require the same skill set.

You should have developed some sort of worksheet so that you can gather the info you need to create a quote. Ditto on an invoice and contract, unless you plan to send that later.

Last, you should take a copy of your permit and insurance dec page to prove that you're legal, if such are required in your state.
