On the Wilton half sheet pan, there is picture of a cake that is mostly pink except for the middle oval which is white. Does anyone know how to do this or can point me in the direction of instructions? Thanks!

Can you post a link or a picture, I'm not familiar with that particular Wilton cake.

The easiest way is probably to ice the whole cake in pink, then using a template lightly draw the oval on top. Trace the outline with a round tip, maybe 5 or 6, and then fill in the oval with the white icing.

Does that help?
