"You mean you only use Firefox, you don't even have a backup???" ugh. So just to please her i tried it in the other browser I have. I'm not going to download a bunch of different browsers when I know it's not going to work... anyway,I hung up on her and called right back because she knew it was coming anyway, the next lady wouldn't help much more than the last, of course, but she did send in a ticket for them to check it out. But they kept telling me there wasn't anything they could do to "update" anything or whatever.
So I still cannot access and I'm getting so sad.

I was looking forward to ordering and as sad as it is I don't have any other computer to use because my mothers crashed and I don't feel safe putting my card info and what not into a public computer. Which actually isn't even an option for me. So one last cry for help, does anyone have any idea how to fix this or what is going on??


Seeeeeeeee...all this time, I thought firefox was a firewall (or included a firewall along with its' installation) which would block the action regardless of the browser used...upon installation, it becomes your default firewall unless specified otherwise.
