Bless your heart. I absolutely, without a doubt, seriously HATE mini cupcakes. Heck, they hate me too. The stupid papers won't even stay on them when I do them. thumbsdown.gif

I have the same problem with minis! I always make 2 dozen more than I need because of those darn papers falling off all the time! Grrrr icon_smile.gif

i did 900 for a wedding. Plus I put little color-coordinated flowers on them so you could tell what flavor was what. It's not that bad. 48 at a time in the oven. Only because I didn't have more pans. You can totally do it!!!! Just keep swimming, just keep... oops. wrong song!!!!

I'm so glad this post wasn't what I thought it was. I thought it was 8 dozen down as in 'cupcakes down! sound the alarm!'. I thought you'd dropped them icon_surprised.gif

Good luck on finishing the rest of your mini cuppies.

Just completed 48 dozen mini cupcakes, including 8 dozen sugar free (which I'd hoped to order at the grocery store, but they don't carry any more). They are all iced and boxed up. Just need to figure out how to get them in my freezer!

OOHH I would hate that task with all my heart icon_lol.gif I did 10 dozen in December and that was 9 1/2 dozen too many. I do have 150 normal cuppies to do for Feb 28th and they have to be 15 different flavours icon_cry.gif

I love mini cuppies...they're fun to make icon_biggrin.gif I like making cuppies (mini and regular) more than I do cakes.

Would youlike to come and make mine then as I dislike them with a passion icon_lol.gif I also have to teach a 14 year old boy how to make them for his Duke of Edinbourgh Gold award icon_rolleyes.gif

Pay for my airfare and I'm there! icon_lol.gif

These really weren't bad to do as they weren't decorated, just a squirt of icing on each one. The hard part was putting the 1 tbsp of batter in each paper...I really need to get a mini cupcake sized disher! icon_biggrin.gif

I use a plastic turkey baster with the end cut off so the opening is about 1/2". Its perfect for filling cupcakes and no mess icon_wink.gif

I just got an order for 7 of these bouquets.........while it's not as many cupcakes as you had to do, I still dread all those roses!!

each bouquet holds anywhere from 20-25 cupcakes UGH!
