Hi, I've been asking questions lately about making my 1st stacked cake, and with all your information & support I did it. I was so happy with the way it came out, I couldn't have done it any better. This was also the 1st time I made MMF, which I liked working with. I would love to hear your comments, good or bad!
Thanks again!

I think you did a great job. Your fondant looks really nice. Last time I did a stacked cake like yours the corners were hanging. Maybe I didn't used the correct sizes, what pan sizes did you use? The only thing I would change is probably making the botton tier a little bit taller. But other than that everything looks perfect.

Wow never would have guessed this was a first attempt at all!

You did a wonderful job and I know for me corners on square cakes took me a few tries before I could do one.

You should be very happy, looks like your a natural icon_smile.gif

Thank you so much, I used a 12" & 8" pan. I was so upset about the bottom tier, I was leveling it & when I was done I realized I cut WAY to much off!

Thanks, I melted chocolate flat then used my exacto knife to cut out plaque, then because my handwriting isn't so hot, I piped melted chocolate on wax paper over the script. I let them harden, then peeled them off the wax & placed them on the plaque, them them get soft under my stove light & pressed the letters on tight & let dry overnight. I don't have the best method icon_redface.gif but it did what I needed it to!
