*First post * Yesterday I made 2 horses out of modeling chocolate that I plan on using on top of a cake I'm making for a friend for Feb 12. My problem is now that she just postponed the date till like the first week in March. I have the horses in a container with plastic wrap over it, will they be ok for that long? Or do I need to make new ones closer to the new date???
