Hi all, I was wondering if anyone would please share their opinions about chocolate fondant. I'm needing to buy some and GSA is having a great sale. I"m thinking Chocopan or Fondarific. Since I have no experience with chocolate fondant and limited experience w regular fondant, I thought I would as for help icon_lol.gif

I like Satin Ice Chocolate fondant for taste, ease of use, and price.

ChocoPan and Fondarific are much more expensive and, from my experience, ChocoPan is much softer to work with--which I consider a drawback to ease of decorating.

I agree with Rae, I prefer the Satin Ice chocolate fondant. If you want to make your own there's always Jennifer Dontz's semi-homemade white chocolate fondant which is delicious!! icon_biggrin.gif

Definitely Satin Ice is the way to go ... think "tootsie roll" because you'll think you're eating one!
