I was watching Cake Boss the other night and I realized he stacks all of his cakes at his bakery and then tranports them to the destination. I have always stacked my layers at the destination but i thought that if i could figure out how to make my cakes secure i could save alot of time! So, any tips on how to transport layer cakes safely? I appreciate all your tips/idea's!
