Edible Ink Problem Getting Error Message

Hello everyone. Need some help. I got ink from icingimages for printer Cannon IP3600. I keep getting an error message printer not recognizing yellow cartridge. I have taken cartridge out and put back in with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same thing happen, it was one where I had to place the chip on myself. I finally got fed up and purch a new individual cartridge, with the chip already on it. Did the trick!

Have you contacted icing images? They should be able to help you out.

Thanks for the replies. I did contact icingimages was told to wipe off chip. I did that. Still doesn't recognize. Going to contact them by phone.

Hi Cheryl,
The chips are suppose to be tested prior to them coming to us, but once in a while a dud gets through. Call Kristen tomorrow and she will gladely get it replaced for you.
