I've had requests from customers for both gluten-free cookies, and low sugar cookies (decorated). I don't have recipes I've used for either, and have found a few things on the internet, but they're not rated. Anybody have any trusted recipes?

sorry, no trusted recipes. but... I did buy some whey sugar ( it think it's called Whey Low)a while back at a "health food" store. It looks just like powdered sugar and supposed to be OK for diabetics. I've not had a chance to try it yet, though....
