Ok so this isn't really a "disaster" it can be fixed but I was not impressed LOL so I had to bake 2 rounds tonight for a cake I will be finishing tomorrow. I had it in the oven and everything was going good. I was finishing up a few dishes while I waited to take the cakes from the oven. Right when it was time for me to take the cakes out I was just finishing the last glass it had a chip in it and I sliced my finger right open... after taking care of my finger I remembered the cakes and burnt myself taking them out and by then they were over done and not totally usable! It's late, I'm sleepy and have to bake 2 more cakes (from scratch)
