I have been using Fondx and it has been working great, but the last bucket I purchased had like grains of sugar or salt in it. I kneaded it but it still didn't help and when I rolled it out it felt like sandpaper. Has anyone had this problem?

I have a new bucket and its fine. You might want to call your vendor and complain. Maybe they'll replace it for you

I contacted the vendor and he is getting with the manufacturer to see if there is a problem with the batch that I have. Thanks

I usually just contact the manufacuterer and they replace it right away. Their customer service is great.

I contacted Fondant Source, that is where I purchased the product, and they have contacted the manufacturer. In the meantime they are replaceing my fondant free of charge. Those guys are the best.

I've had problems with the last two buckets...they're horribly sticky! I mean, stright from the bucket- no color added- it sticks to my hands like chewing gum!!
