I'm on board and willing to do whatever I can to assist with getting the bill passed. Please keep us posted and let us know what we can do to help. Does anyone have the link for food service facility licenses in pg county? Thanks so much Amyruth for your dedication and commitment to keeping this on your radar.

Amyruth - does that mean that if you participate in a craft fair or bake sale that you get to keep the money from your sales, as opposed to it going to the event organizer?

Do you need a license for that, like you do for the farmers markets? If so, do you know where/how to get the license and how much it is? Do you know if there is a limit to the number of bake sales or craft fairs you can do (the farmer's market license in my county has a limited time frame on the application for that you can participate and different prices for the license for 2 different options).

I'm with sberryp!!! Is there something we can do? I did see the post about flea markets, but you have to have a biz license I believe. Have you looked into commercial kitchens?

You are allowed to rent/use a commercial kitchen, but the way I understand it you still need to have your own established "business" with all of the health inspections and licenses.
