I am looking for a good, from scratch recipe for a vanilla cupcake that domes. All the ones I try are very flat. Does anyone have one?

The secret to doming is turn your oven up to like 400 for the first few minutes. Watch your cc's and when they are domed turn it back down to 350 or whatever your recipe calls for. I made 160 cc's and they all domed nicely. Oh do not over fill your liners or they'll rise too quickly but still be so moist they'll spread instead of dome.
