I'm having trouble coming up with some 70's themed ideas for a mans birthday.
I can't get past disco, which seems girlie to me, and I searched the gallery but all I came up with was peace signs and bright colors.
Anyone have any 70's themed ideas for a man?
Would a 8 track player , a Volkswagon Bug and Disco ball be 70's?

Have you tried to Google 70's or perhaps Wikipedia? That might give you some ideas.

Other than that, perhaps a tiered cake with each tier representing something from the 70's; disco, computers (that's when they emerged), the films of those years (Star Wars, Superman, Grease).
Or personal events of the person to receive the cake?

Or perhaps a cake in very 70's colours? Brown and orange, with matching flowers.

I did google 70's themes but all it brought up was bright colors, peace signs and hippie flowers, I was looking for more "manly" ideas.

I'm waiting on a reply from the customer with more specifics but I wanted to get a jumpstart on some ideas.

Cakes for men are so hard for me,I'm hardwired to like pink, ponies and flowers...lol

Ah Ha! pop culture was the majic word! Thank you.
I think I was having so much trouble because I had yet to finish my 1st cup of coffee!
I did'nt know the Rubix cube was 70's I always thought it was an 80's thing, go figure.
So much to work with now, thank you again.
