Is there an impression mat or rolling pin available for this scroll work or is it hand piped?

That looks hand piped. They do make little cutter type things that you can use to imprint the design then you just pipe over it.

P.S. I'm fairly certain that the technical term is not "little cutter type things" but I'm having a brain fart right now and can't think of the real name. Sorry. icon_lol.gif

Those are just piped on. You can get impression mats that have scrolls on them, but it's pretty easy to just pipe scrolls on.

Wilton also has pattern press sets you can use then pipe over the design.
