When using sps and doing flowers in between tiers
Do I put the plates on the pillars first and then put the
Cake on the plate or do I put the cake on the plate
And then put it on the pillars. I have to deliver. Should
I go ahead and put the cake on the separator plate first,
Or no.

You put the pillars into the plate before you put the cake on the plate. Since it takes some force to get the legs in all the way and evenly you couldn't do that with the cake on the plate. You'd put the plate with the pillars into the tier below and then put the next tier on the plate.
