Does anyone know the recipe for making the sugar candy mix, that you pour into molds to make candy diamond/crystals?

Are you refering to isomalt. Isomalt is what is used for clear gems as it stays clear and doesn't yellow or cloud like sugar syrup. You can order it from online.
