i have searched and searched! can't find good instructions to make a cookie bouquet -- like what size dowels, insert dowels before or after baking, thickness of cookie, best recipe for cookie, etc.
please help!

I bake my cookies 3/8 to 1/4 in thick, use the NFSC here on cc and use MMF for the icing. I use both the 8 in and 12 in paper lollipop sticks and use the tape to the bag method to hold them on.

Please watch this youtube video it will help you a lot. I learned by watching videos on youtube. II use the NFSC from the recipe section here on cake central.
