i agree, its not like it was a cockroach and i also think a bug might be cleaner than some of the mess inside my house at the moment (note to self, have to do a big post christmas clean this weekend!) icon_redface.gif

I agree, the "super shocked OMG i'm so grossed out by the bug" reaction is probably the way to go! The customer probably won't think it's half as bad as you are making it out to be. They will surely think you've never seen a bug before, so your house must be spotless!!!

I am the same way, I don't make good decisions in just a few seconds, but later on after thinking about it I would know what I should have done. But as others have said, make it a learning experience for next time.
It seems like she never found any bugs, but if she would have I think it would have been better she knew that it came from her trees rather than not knowing how it got there.
