Here's my spiral carved cake tutorial (aka winding road)

There may be other tutorials for spiral carved cakes, but I honestly didn't take the time to look it up. icon_razz.gif

Anyway, here's how I do it. For this cake, I used a 9" and 6" round.

Sorry that the first picture is a bit blurry.

I sure did. There is a cardboard cake circle under the upper tier and four bubble tea straws under that for support.
