These are available at Global Sugar Art http://www.globalsugarart.com/search.php?search=snowflake+wrapper
Well I should have looked at the price before offering these to a bride for her wedding AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!!! OMG and I have to order 13 of these!! Stupid me!!!!
Ok, well my question is...do you bake in regular baking cups and then just put these around it for decoration? Do these have a bottom? I'm also ordering the expensive $200+ cupcake stand. I really lost out on this sale OMG

You're eating $165 (before shipping) on these before you even bake? Holy crow....ok. So, yes, you bake in regular cup and slip into the wrappers later.
Wrappers are for presentation purposes only - not to bake in.
Just noticed this ^^^^ on the link you provided.
Oh I saw that you don't bake in them...I was just wondering if they had a bottom (like, could I put them in before I got to the venue)...
OH CRAP I forgot about boxes to transport!!! OMG I was SO STUPID on this sale!!! I did charge them a little over $600...but some of that is refundable (for the stand)
LESSON LEARNED
in holland we think everything is expencive so we went looking for a cheap way to make them
the cheapest way is to use the small round paper with lace border. I don.t know how they are called in english. I try to put some photo's here. just use the border and cut them in half.

the other way is to cut them out of scrapbookpaper. U can also use a pons to make a lice border in them.
