I'm doing football themed cupcakes. Grass tip with green buttercream for the tops of the cupcakes.

But....I need a recipe for a buttercream or any frosting that won't get brittle and fall apart when touched.

I did this with my son's birthday cupcakes and as cute as they were. They were brittle.
