Hi everyone,
I am a cupcake hobbiest. I make 100+ cupcakes for the youth group at my church once a month for their monthly birthday celebration. I try to do 4 recipes so there is variety and that it's not so overwhelming to me too! This month I want to do classic holiday flavors. I am planing on making a cherry cordial, malted milk, peppermint and the last I want to make is sugar cookie. I can find this flavor offered as a cupcake on different cupcake store flavor lists, but I can't find a recipe anywhere! Anyone care to share theirs? I need to make a practice batch next weekend and then the birthday weekend is in two weeks.
Also if you have any spectacular recipes for the other flavors, could you share those also?
Thanks for your help!
I found a sugar cookie cake recipe (does it make a difference?) on here in the white cake recipes. I made it a few weeks ago and it was really thick and hard and it also crusted so hard the the top just about felt like a hard, crunchy cookie. It also had a big dip in it. I really don't know how it would work for cupcakes- but it did taste like a sugar cookie!
Here's the recipe. I think it would make really good cupcakes. I made it as a cake, and it was delicious, but crusts hard on top and the crust tastes just like a sugar cookie.

Thank you both so very much! I can't wait to try it next weekend. As a new member this website is a bit overwhelming, but I'm so glad I joined!
