I have a four tiered cake this weekend, how should I go about transporting it? In half ( the bottom two together and the top two together, then assemble when I get there), all together with a center dowel ,no I don't have SPS and no time to get it either, or the bottom 3 together and the top (4" square with floral topper) separate? what do you think.
