3D Dog Cake...please Help!

Any tips on making a 3d dog cake, like pan shapes etc?

Do you have a pic to follow?
How many servings?
Is it laying down,standing up, sitting?

it only has to feed 20 or so. I guess which ever pose is the easiet as I havn't done one before and I only have a short time to do it.

I did the Scooby in my photes using a directions I found online. I used the wondermold pan, for the head and the rump, just putting less batter in for the head. I also think I used a round cake or something for the neck.

I want to say I found teh directions on the Sweet Dreams by Tracy website, but this was years ago when I did it.
