i need help with decorating a cake for a 40th birthday, the lady wants the cake in the shape of number 40 and i am at a loss as to how to go about it she wants it in coffee brown and gold colours. please help anyone----somebody.

If you look in the Gallery towards the bottom, there is a section called "Templates, Patterns, & Sketches" and someone has a pattern on how to cut numbers out of cake. Maybe you can cover the numbers in brown fondant and stencil or paint on a scroll/fillagree design with gold dust.
