Ok so I want to make some of these delicious pumpkin cookies that I've been hearing about by TracyLH. I don't have time to order the Pumpkin Spice extract that she orders. Do you think that I could just put the Pumpkin Spice jello pudding into the powdered sugar and use that to flavor the RI?

Just wondering. I've heard of using pudding for buttercream. I've just never heard of it for RI before.
