I was wondering if there is a gingerbread version of the no fail sugar cookie or any other really good gingerbread recipe.

I use the one on the kitchengifts.com website - where I originally saw the NFSC recipe (I don't think they created it, though).

It's good, but I do suggest putting the shapes in the oven cold (a few minutes in the fridge of freezer before baking) so that they hold their shape.
