Hi ladies.
I'm helping out a school with their find raising and the order is due tomorrow.. the woman running the event said that she wants 100 different sweets individually wrapped( im selling to them cheap and they will resell, kinda like a bake sale). She said she didnt care what the sweets were and I could do whatever I want, as long as they were individually wrapped. I'm gonna give her some different types of brownies, chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, etc...

The thing is I am SWAMPED with extremely time consuming orders this week and thought making chocolate chip cookie bars will be less time consuming than chocolate chip cookies.

Ive never made bars before. Do I need a special recipe or just use my normal recipe? also what would the baking time be for chocolate chip cookie bars? I wanna try to get all this done today!

thank you thank you thank you!

You can use the same recipe you would for the cookies. As far as baking time I don't remember but you can pretty much tell by looking at them.
