How Would I Make Ice Or Icicles?
Sugar Work By chelleb1974 Updated 15 Nov 2009 , 5:45pm by chelleb1974
I posted this in another forum here on CC, but thinking it over, it might be better here.
I would like to make either ice or icicles for a cake that I am doing. Was wondering how I would go about doing that if I were to make them out of sugar? I haven't really played around with casting sugar or pulling it, but would not be opposed to trying it out.
Thank you!

And let me disclaimer that yes I have done this with my pyrex ware--but I have heard conflicting reports about it not being safe--so be advised of that at least. I've heard that people's pyrex has exploded and I've heard that pyrex was being made the wrong way in recent years--who knows --anyhow.
Thanks K8memphis -- I wanted to make icicles on a cake also this year. I'm going to give it a try

Kate,
You rock! I use lorann oils all the time, and NEVER thought to look on their website! Thank you, I bookmarked the page
