I'm doing 4 dozen cupcakes for a friend whose son passed away. They are having a memorial on top of his favorite mountain where he love to snow board. I'd like to decorate them in that theme but i'n not sure what to do. Any help from seasoned cuppies would be appreciated!

Oh..she wants chocolate cuppies.

Could you make them with some snowflakes on top?

Snowflakes sound like a great idea.

The easiest way to make them is with a scrapbook punch...Martha Stewart has two different snowflake punches that are a good size and detailed. Just roll your fondant thin enough to fit in the punch and then punch them out like you would paper.
