C**p c**p c**p...vent... ok, so the woman I rent kitchen space from was parading people through the store today showing them around I thought it was strange, but shrugged it off as she likes to do wierd things like advertize on her loose change and sell vintage clothing out of her coffee shop, so I thought it was no big deal... So then later on I'm browsing through my favorite free classifieds site and I see an add listing her business for sale!!!! There were a bunch of them dating back a few months!! And she didn't say anything to me?? No warning at all?!??!! It took me 6 months to find this rental!!! grrrr..... Ok, I'm done venting now.. lol... Anyone know a good rental kitchen?

Do you have a contract where she has to give you a certain notice period if you can no longer rent from her?

You know you're going to have to ask her about this, otherwise you won't sleep at night. Maybe it's a misunderstanding, or maybe she'll sell with you as a sitting tenant and the new owner won't be as eccentric...?!
