Converting Cup Measurements To Grams.
Decorating By JFcakes Updated 5 Nov 2009 , 11:25pm by tigerhawk83
I am really struggling to find a conversion table that works. I've looked at a few, but they are all so different. Or maybe I am understanding them wrong?
Is there a fool proof table somewhere to convert the measurements? One that preferably lists the conversions for almost all of the ingredients used in cake baking, not just sugar, butter and flour.
Thanks in advance for any help

I believe cup measurements vary from country to country so here is a site that covers nearly everything and is US cups to grams

HTH
Here's the one I use - seems to be easy and relatively accurate. Has lots of options (because powdered sugar is different than flour which is different than shortening).
