It's been a while since I've been on here! Took a little break when my rental kitchen idea fell through and got discouraged.

Anyway, two questions for you all.

Do any of you offer classes on your own (not through a store or Wilton)? I just advertised classes to friends on Facebook and to the preschool moms, one for scratch baking, one for cake decorating, and one for holiday cookie decorating. If any of you do that kind of thing, what are you charging and how are you advertising?

Second, does anyone know how to go about finding an internship or apprenticeship in a bakery to learn more about baking/decorating? I'd like to do something to further my skills while waiting for the opportunity to find a rental kitchen someday. I'm not sure if apprenticeships even exist anymore, though. Thoughts?
