I'm not nearly as skilled as most of you so can I keep it simple!
I am making curious George cupcake for my grandson tomorrow. The cupcake is DH RV
I was planning on using a can of chocolate frosting for the base, but I read here it is too soft, can I use the Decorators Cream Cheese Frosting from this board and color it brown?
Then for his face I plan to also color the same frosting tan?
Finally I think I should buy the Wilton black frosting in a tube for the black eyes, nose and mouth, as I know black is difficult and I don't need much.
My question for you talented decorators:
Should I use the Wilton black?
Will my black, brown and tan bleed on each other?
Should I use a different frosting?
Thanks for any help as I getting last jitters, luckily my four year old grandson isn't picky, yet!
Next week, after the party, I'm taking a cake decorating class for the future...
