Are there directions somewhere on "exactly" how to make the turkey cupcake? Please let me know.

Mine aren't the greatest, but here is how I made them:

Yellow and orange feathers using a small rose petal tip, red feathers using a larger rose petal tip.
#12 tip for the brown head.
#5 for the white eyes
#3 for the black pupils and the red wattle-thing.

Not difficult, but a pain with all the different tips and colors.

Stiff icing to keep the shape of the feathers. I use a modified version of Buttercream Dream.

So I just used canned frosting when I made them - and it was way too thin. So I would definitely make my own chocolate frosting in the future. They were really easy to make. Just some candy corn, chocolate jimmies, and chocolate frosting. I used white frosting for the eyeballs.
