All payments must be received prior to move-in. There will be no exceptions.
CO-OP KITCHENS
There is a $3.50 per hour charge in addition to the rental cost.
The $3.50 per hour is charged to cover utilities and triple net charges based on number of hours reserved per month---this includes electricity, gas, water, sewage, pest control, cleaning common areas(bathrooms, hallways, front & back of building) trash pick-up, Health Department License and Sanitation Dept. Permits.
Kitchen Rental Part-time Monthly 60 hours or less per month is $695/per month.
First and last months rent plus a $1000 security deposit are required.
Total: $695 plus ($3.50x60=$210) $210 = $905 per month
Kitchen Rental Part-time Monthly 80 hours or less per month is $895/per month.
First and last months rent plus a $1000 security deposit are required.
Total: $895 plus ($3.50x80=$280) $280 = $1175 per month
Kitchen Rental by the Day $150 for up to 8 hours plus $500 Security Deposit
Total: $150 plus $3.50x8=$2
$28 = $178 per day
Cooking Class Rental Prices (for 2 3 hour classes)
$150 plus $3.50/hour utilities + $10 cleaning fee (kitchens must be left clean/this covers washing floors & sanitizing)
To Reserve Kitchen Use: A $500 non-refundable deposit is required.
This will be applied toward security deposit when occupancy occurs.
To Terminate on-going Kitchen Use:
One Month advance written notification is required---last months rent will be forfeited if this written notification is not received 30 days prior to termination.
