Good luck! U could frost in buttercream in your choice of color(I use orange) and then take a keebler stripped cookie, turn it over so the striped side is facing down and the smooth all chocolate side is facing up. Next , take a hershey kiss and place directly over the hole in the middle of the cookie. Then, take orange, green or the color of your liking(I use melted chocolate or tinted buttercream) an pipe a line at the base of the hershey kiss to make a band (like around the base of a hat). Then place on top of the cupcake and U have a easy, Yummy, witches hat. Sorry I dont have any pictures to post, I made some this morning for a radio show but I was in a hurry to get them delivered so no time for picture snapping, and I could not find my digital camera either(haha) I only made the cookie hats not the cupcakes, but they are great toppers for cupcakes. The kids reallly like these and they are fun and easy to make and turn out great!
