2" Or 3" High Pans?

What do you use? If you use 3" high pans, do you just cut them in half for a 2-layer cake? This might be easier than using 2 2" high pans and the greasing and clean-up. Need to buy pans, looking for any info, thanks!

I prefer 2" pans.

I strongly prefer 2" pans. I gave my 3" pans away. 3" pans just don't bake right IMO.

2"!! Don't even waste your money on 3", you'll just end up buying the 2" anyway!
