I recieved an update on facebook that Buddy will be at the Charlotte Convention Center this Sunday Oct. 18th He will be making a life-sized race car cake for the American Retail Bakery Exposistion. Just thought some of you in or around Charlotte might like to hear about this. I know i wish i was closer or i would be the first in line!

Wow, that's going to be a BIG cake!!! There is a race in Charlotte SAturday night so his theme will coincide with that. Wish I could go, I'd like to see a cake that big!!
