Hi everyone, I am new here and I need some help. I make yummy decorated sugar cookies but now I want to start making cakes I know how to do the easy decorations but what I need is the actual recipes for actual basic cakes (yellow specially) I tried the Golden Cake recipe that is posted here and the taste was good but the consistency was not good at all i couldn't even cut the cake. Anyway if you know of a good yellow cake recipe (moist) Please let me know

Betty Crocker has a recipe called Bonnie Butter Cake - It is fabulous and has a firm texture. If you can't find it PM me and I will give you the recipe. Real easy.
